Almost everything we make is personalized or made to order. Once you approve a proof, that piece is not returnable and not refundable, except where required by law or if we made an error.

Before the proof

If you cancel before we start a proof, we will refund the payment minus any non-refundable processing fees Stripe keeps. Custom requests that have not been quoted yet can be withdrawn at any time.

Our mistakes

If the piece does not match the approved proof in a material way, email photos within 7 days of delivery or pickup. We will remake it or refund it — your choice.

Damage in transit

Photograph the packaging and the piece as soon as it arrives and contact us within 48 hours. We will file a claim and remake or refund as appropriate.
